Excellence, Passion and Craftsmanship
Tailoring tradition
Since 1798 we have continued to strive every day to perfect and elevate our tailoring tradition so that each of our creations can become a lasting testament to passion and dedication.

Our story begins in 1798, under the pontificate of Pius VI, when John Anthony Gammarelli officially entered service with the Roman clergy.
Since then, as many as six generations of artisans and entrepreneurs have succeeded one another at the helm of the tailor shop: even today our business is strongly anchored in the values of family management and retains the same, genuine and passionate vocation for craftsmanship with which, over time, we have had the honor of serving the holy memorials of Pope Pius XI, Pope Pius XII, Saint John XXIII, Blessed Paul VI, Venerable John Paul I and Saint John Paul II – even to the point of serving Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI and His Holiness Pope Francis.

From vestments to shoes, hats to accessories, all our garments are handmade with the same, painstaking attention to detail that, over time, has graced thousands of priests and hundreds of cardinals and bishops.
Our made-to-measure production makes use of only the finest yarns, embellished with inserts and available in a wide range of colours to ensure maximum refinement, wearability and comfort at all times.
