Yes, our tailoring shop makes custom-made garments following your specifications with the utmost precision. You may submit your measurements via the online form provided or schedule an appointment at our atelier in Rome.
What are the production and shipping times?
Production time varies according to the type of item. Some standard products are available off-the-shelf, while custom-made or particularly complex garments may take several months to process. In exceptional cases, the wait can be up to 12 months. International shipping generally takes 5 to 10 business days. Please contact us prior to ordering to receive updated guidance on timing.
Can garments be customized with specific details (badges, buttons, beading)?
Yes, upon request we make customizations such as embroidery, heraldic crests, trimmings and other decorative details. Such elements are particularly suitable for solemn celebrations or major ecclesiastical assignments.
Do you make international shipments?
Yes, we ship worldwide, using reliable couriers with tracking service. Where necessary, we also offer support in the processing of customs documentation.

In what cases is it not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal?
A return can be made within 14 days of receipt as long as the product has not been used or customized.
For customers residing in the European Union, the return is the responsibility of the customer, but does not incur additional customs charges.
